Attorney Jay M. GlaserAttorney Jay Glaser

Jay M. Glaser has been a practicing Attorney in the State of California for 23 years and is the founding partner of Glaser, Damone & Schroeder. He is a Certified Criminal Law Specialist & has been certified by the California State Bar since 2001.

Mr. Glaser is a native of California, he went to University of Southern California and graduated with a Bachelor’s of Arts Degree in Political Science in 1985. Mr. Glaser received his Juris Doctor’s in 1988 from Southwestern School of Law.

He has worked for the Los Angeles County District Attorney and was a Deputy Public Defender from 1988-1991.

Mr. Glaser serves on the Executive Committee for the Los Angeles County Bar Association’s Indigent Criminal Defense Appointments Panel that oversees approximately 360 Attorney’s.

Mr. Glaser specializes in complex felony litigation including:

All types of homicides, sexual assault cases, violent felonies & narcotics including both white collar crimes and crimes of violence.

He has handled bank fraud, wire fraud, insurance fraud, trademark infringement, environmental crimes, counterfeit, medical fraud, narcotics trafficking, and homicides. He has tried more than 100 cases to verdict, many of which were life cases.

Bryan L. Schroeder Mr. Schroeder started his legal career with the Long Beach City Prosecutor’s Office prior to graduating from Loyola Law School. As a certified Law Clerk he tried 4 cases to verdict.

Thereafter Mr. Schroeder worked as a prosecuting attorney with the Long Beach City Prosecutor. After leaving criminal prosecution he practiced business litigation, personal injury, mechanics lien litigation and criminal defense with Madden, Jones, Cole & Johnson. Mr. Schroeder is a partner at Glaser, Damone & Schroeder where he concentrates his practice solely on criminal defense. Including;

  • DUI’s/ DMV (Admin Per Se/ Neg. Operator Hearing)

Robert Damone

Robert Damone has been practicing law in California for 23 years handling Civil Trial Litigation matters from both the plaintiff and defense perspective.

Mr. Damone’s primary area of practice is focused on protecting the rights of the consumers who have been injured or damaged as a result of the neglect or intentional conduct of others including the bad faith conduct of insurers.

Mr. Damone is authorized to practice before all of the Courts of the State of California, including the Appellate and Supreme Court as well as Federal District Courts and the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals.

Over the course of his career, Mr. Damone has handled all automobile negligence, insurance bad faith, premises liability, public entity litigation, civil rights, slip & fall cases. Mr. Damone recognizes that clients are generally inexperienced and afraid of the civil system and he prides himself on taking away clients fears by keeping them informed.
